My practice is fee for service, which means I am not contracted with any insurance companies and therefor do not bill them directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits I can provide monthly Superbills (a detailed receipt with the necessary codes) so you can submit it for possible reimbursement.
Insurance can feel confusing, and plans vary a lot. The easiest way to find out whether you have out-of-network coverage is to call the number on the back of your insurance card. If you’re unsure what to ask or want help understanding your options, I’m more than happy to talk it through with you.

I understand that life is busy and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Because I reserve your session time specifically for you, appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—will be charged the full session fee.
